More photos are not automatically better. The useful request is the one that resolves a specific keep-or-return decision.
Write the reason you are uncertain: fit, color, item count, visible damage, measurement or a hidden area. If you cannot name the decision, another random image may not help.
Separate facts already confirmed from information still missing. This keeps the request short and makes the reply easier to evaluate.

For shoes, request a specific side, sole, heel or insole measurement. For clothing, name chest, length, waist or another relevant dimension. For bags, request the hidden hardware, interior, strap or dimension view.
Use the order option in the request so the warehouse team can compare the photo with the correct record.
An added image may clarify visible condition or measurement. It cannot establish authenticity, hidden material quality, certification, comfort or long-term durability.
Avoid turning a clear photo into a claim it cannot support. A cautious conclusion is more useful than an overconfident one.
Check the seller return window before requesting additional evidence. If time is limited, prioritize the question that would actually change your decision.
Save the original QC set, requested image and final choice together. This creates a factual record without pretending the process removes every risk.
